1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Trophy Club Frenchies website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Trophy Club Frenchies is a premium French Bulldog breeder based in Dallas, Texas. We specialize in ethically bred, AKC registered French Bulldogs with full health testing, genetic screening, and 2-year health guarantees.

All puppies are bred in our home and raised with love, care, and early socialization.

3. Puppy Reservations & Deposits

• All puppy reservations require a deposit to secure your place
• Deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind after the 72-hour rescission period
• Full payment is due before your puppy is released to you
• Deposits hold your place but do not guarantee a specific puppy until full payment is received

4. 72-Hour Rescission Period

After meeting your puppy in person (or via video call for out-of-state buyers), you have 72 hours to change your decision. If you choose not to proceed within this window, your deposit is non-refundable. After 72 hours, all sales are final.

5. Health Guarantee

• All puppies come with a 2-year health guarantee covering genetic conditions
• The guarantee is void if the puppy is not taken to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt
• Proof of continuous veterinary care is required to maintain the guarantee
• The guarantee does not cover injuries, neglect, or improper care

6. AKC Registration

All our breeding dogs are AKC registered. Puppies are sold with full AKC registration (breeding rights sold separately and at additional cost). We reserve the right to withhold registration papers until full payment is received.

7. Shipping & Transport

• We offer ground transport through licensed pet transport services
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• We strongly encourage buyers to personally pick up their puppy when possible

8. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing a puppy from Trophy Club Frenchies, you agree to:

• Provide a loving, responsible home
• Maintain regular veterinary care
• Feed a high-quality diet appropriate for French Bulldogs
• Keep vaccinations and preventatives current
• Provide adequate exercise and socialization
• Spay or neuter puppies not purchased with breeding rights

9. Breeding Rights

Breeding rights are sold separately and require a separate contract. Unauthorized breeding of any puppy sold without full breeding rights voids the health guarantee and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

Trophy Club Frenchies' liability is limited to the purchase price of the puppy. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or ownership of the puppy.

11. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dallas County, Texas courts.
